Taking to traditions of generatinos past, Das Racist are still making music videos for songs off an album that is over a year old. How archaic.
That’s ok though, because this Blood Diamonds produced track “Girl” is one that deserves a bit more attention than it might have received from the album. This one deserves the spotlight.
The glitchy and thumping beat will instantly hook you, while the smooth stylings against the mastered rapping will leave you wanting more.
The “retro” inspired video is the perfect match for the track and you shouldn’t have any problems watching this guy in a denim jacket dance for three minutes.
This will be stuck in your head all day. Sorry, not sorry.
