Masturbation is a sin and 50 Cent knows it. Thankfully for us, the rapper has compiled an easy four-step process to help you resist your urges to “wax the candle.”

50 first tweeted, “Masturbation is a sin you stop right now fool!!! Lol God is watching you #SMS”

He then went on to give the following steps:

“Step 1. To avoid the urge to masturbate stop going to porn sites”

Sound advice.

“Step 2. Make a conscious decision not to turn your head after people walk by you.”

Okay, now you’re losing me?

“Step 3. Do not go to strip clubs.”

Fair, but you shouldn’t be masturbating at strip clubs 50 Cent!

“Step 4. Do not look at lust filled magazines”
