TV Show Based on Popular Tumblr Blog In Development

I guess anyone really can get a TV show these days. Just this week, NBC announced that they have put a series based on the Tumblr Blog “F*** I’m in My Twenties” into development.

The show will be a half hour comedy based on 24-year-old Emma Koenig’s popular blog, which has also spawned a book. Like the blog, the project will chronicle a young woman’s experience in the big city.

Furthermore, the show will reflect upon issues reflected upon today’s younger generation once they graduate from university. The show has already drawn comparisons to Lena Denham’s Girls

Koenig, a college graduate, started the blog while working odd jobs in New York City, while auditions for a sequence of web series’.
