At a kick off concert for the “Believe” tour in Glendale, Arizona The Biebs had trouble with an upset stomach.

The reason it’s making news, is that “this trouble” happened right on stage in front of 18,000 screaming fans as he vomited during the beginning of “Out of Town Girl”. Watch the video above, and see it Giferized by our friends at HyperVocal below.

At least it’s nice to know The Biebs has a decent sense of humor; quoting an awesome line from Anchorman in his Twitter response:
