The ‘hip-hopera’ that is R. Kelly’s ‘Trapped in the Closet‘, is getting it’s return to IFC this Black Friday.

If you’ve never seen the spectacle, we highly suggest you tune in. And if you can’t wait till late fall (and have plenty of time on your hands), watch it below; It’s loaded with tonnes of goodies including The Wire’s Omar pointing guns at little people.

In conclusion, it seems we’ve yet to see the end of the saga; In an interview with Time, Kells recently had this to say about the project:

Are you working on another installment of Trapped In The Closet?

We just shot 20 chapters. They’ll be coming out the day after Thanksgiving. Trapped in the Closet is forever. I’ve got like a hundred chapters to come.
