Purchased in 2007 at a cost of $12.5 million, artist Pharrell Williams recently listed his posh Miami penthouse at a cost of $16.8 million, a 34% appreciation increase.

With 9,080-square-foot, five bedrooms, six and half bedrooms, and 360 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay this pad is certainly something to gawk at. There’s a rooftop terrace complete with outdoor kitchen, a private pool, and an entertainment and dining area.
