This story is finely aged, but it’s now time for sentencing; a man in the United Kingdom gave out some unexpected goodies this past Halloween…
Three trick or treaters were out embracing the candy filled holiday when they were given a different sort of wrapped treat - several bags of cocaine that amounted to a value of just over three hundred dollars.
It was a mistake in all assumptions. The twenty-three year old man very much intended to give the three kids, ages five, six, and eight, the candy he also has in his possession, but an unfortunate mix up of the contents of his pockets left him with the candy and the children marching off with bags of cocaine. The three children were being escorted on their Halloween route by their father, an off duty cop.
Upon realizing the mix up, the man went off in pursuit of the cocaine, but not before the father of the children realized what had occurred and placed a call to on duty officers. In penance the man is to perform over one hundred hours of community service, and pay a 130 pound fine.
