Earl Sweatshirt Releases Video for “Chum”

Earl Sweatshirt, of the rap collective Odd Future, has had quite the tumultuous life at the young age of only 16.

The rapper has remained realatively quiet since his return to the US from Somalia, having only realsed one song entitled “Chum.” The song is a deeply personal account of Earl’s life, and does away with the gruesome and offensive tactics usually employed by Odd Future. There’s nothing but pure emotion on this track, no gimmicks.

Today, the song has received the video treatment, and is literally just as dark as the song itself. If you like hip-hop, this song comes highly recommended.
