Buzz Aldrin to Guest on “The Big Bang Theory”

While his most widely known achievement is obviously being known as the second man to walk on the moon, astronaut Buzz Aldrin can now add another accolade to his list of achievements.

The cosmonaut will make a guest appearance on CBS’s “The Big Bang Theory”. Aldrin will guest on the October 25^th episode, “The Holographic Excitation,” in which the gang celebrates Halloween.

It is unclear in what context Aldrin will appear on the show, but he is not the first astronaut to guest on the sitcom. Mike Massimino plays himself on the show and makes regular appearances as a member of Howard’s shuttle crew.
